The company values its people and fosters a culture of unity and openness. The management makes sure to spend time with their people that's why there are a lot of engagement activities going on. The CEO himself spends time with the new hires in a fortnightly Newbies Meet-Up. There's also a fortnightly online social event where the employees can just chill and play games. The company also provides all-expense quarterly and annual conferences. In terms of salary and benefits, the company is fair.
Cons
The company has a fast-paced environment which means the processes are constantly changing. For those who are not receptive to change or has poor change management skills, this can be a tough challenge.
