Illegal Practices - HORRIBLE - Anonymous employee Isomeric Pharmacy Solutions Employee Review

I've been with the company for quite a while now and it has honestly been such a great experience. I have grow in so many ways that I didn't even think possible. They put so much time, attention and care into people that work hard. It has been so great to work for a company that rewards good old hard work. There is so much opportunity for growth and learning for those willing to truly work and perform. The environment is warm yet professional. It is a pleasure to go to work and feel like the people next to you are family. Isomeric puts serious efforts and care into their customer service but also their employees. l look forward to a great future with them.

Considering how often regulations change in the pharma world normally positions in this industry can feel stressful, however Isomeric has shown an ability to adapt, grow and make the needed changes in a way that allows employees to feel supported. They set clear expectations for their people to follow

I've been with this company for over two years now. I wouldn't and couldn't imagine working anywhere else! There is so much opportunity for growth and learning for those willing to truly work and perform. Not to mention the great compensation available to all those who do (bonus checks, free lunch, and celebrations are constantly up for grabs for top performance). The owners/management care about all their employees and want the best for all their customers (providers, patients, etc.). In fact, I've never seen a company put more care and value into customer service and satisfaction! I even fill all my medications at our pharmacy because they are so on top of it and helpful.

Unlike many medical companies, Isomeric places top priority on running an ethical and solutions-oriented business. That being said, many employees get upset with, and cannot handle the changes that occur frequently (typically due to government regulations, out of the company's control). If you think anything is "shady" at this pharmacy, then you definitely don't know what's going on at some other compounding pharmacies. All pharmacy citations and investigations can be found on DOPL's website- check them out! Isomeric is squeaky clean! If you aren't willing to figure things out on your own sometimes, then this may not be the job for you. As a growing business, Isomeric does not and should not put together "trainings" for every employee task (no it's not normal to come in late everyday, under-perform, complain and still have your job)!!!
