      Pros

      The location is close to some good restaurants.

      Cons

      Terrible system -- everyone is using the boss's email account. Most of your time will be spent on finding some "important" documents from this horribly managed account. No prior knowledge or experience needed. Nothing to gain either.

      Pros

      I worked at irvine lending for a year and learned a lot knowledge about loan and real estate. This is a good job experience.

      Cons

      I don't like to communicate with people, but I often need to communicate with customers at work. Sometimes I don't know what to do.Although I did not do very well, I have made great progress in communicating with people
