Facility could do with some modernization - office refurb etc.

Really great hardworking workforce. People go above and beyond the call of duty. A job to be proud of.

Bullying if rife. Manager rules by fear. All people below him are lame lazy yes workers with no skills to manage there teams properly. From group leader upwards is really unprofessional.
