Pros
It has been 6 months at SACA for me, and it couldn't have been any better. If you are all in for market growth, product innovation, customer dedication, business advocacy, technology, transparency and employee empowerment then this is the place for you. in a nutshel, at SACA you can expect: 1. Ample room to Learn and Grow 2. Flexible working hours 3. Highly considerate and empathetic management 4. Enterprise grade benefits, rarely found at medium or small size companies 5. Diverse, Inclusive and Empowering culture. 6. Excellent work/life balance, Company encourages all employees (even salaried) to not work beyond working hours and maintain a healthy balance instead 7. Company is Strategy driven, there seem to be a solid masterplan and multiple initiatives running to scale out and expand in many direction, at all different pillars (Operations, Support, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, etc...) 8. Catered meals twice a month, multiple yearly team building events, multiple BBQ days to celebrate holidays.
Cons
If anything, then I would say the company is growing daily, by all metrics, and this requires dedication and focus across the board. In other words, no downtime, no comfort zones. Being here means you are willing to explore more efficient and productive ways to do your job, and always open to embrace changes and culture shifts. Some people may consider this a too demanding, I personally believe the opposite. The kitchen fridge is messy, internal communication could be better. Employee recognition could be better
