Pros
If I am in trouble or need help I can walk straight into my CEOs office infact all the executives at Intricate would bend over backward to help me if needed. I feel really good about that and so does my family.
Cons
Disorganized and lacking focus at times, we have really smart people in our company like our CEO, CSO and CFO. Our front line managers are some of the best in the business to, they are very knowledgeable oil and gas professionals. If everyone could all just work together and respect what they all bring to the table the business would rocket. So many great things but stuck between the past and present sadly.
