Absolutely none. Other than if your brand new at this it gets you some exposure.
Cons
- Low pay - just barely above minimum. They say we always start people out low to establish experience, then raise your pay after 90days. Well 90 days is forgotten about.
- If you’re an experienced investigator they still treat you as new. However I think this is based on who your team leader is mostly
- Micro Management all the way.
- Managers take your hours if slow.
- Poor reimbursement for travel.
