Pros
Absolutely no positives to see here.
Cons
(Based on personal experience): Hugely lengthy and complicated onboarding process. After a few weeks/months of eventually giving decent translation work, they start the process of constantly shifting the goalposts, asking you to do other work you did not originally sign up for. They also like to use vendors to help them with tenders for new contracts, and when they get the contract, you receive a bit of (horrible) work, and then they ghost you. See the pattern? Ridiculously low rates of pay, which you even have to haggle for. Rude senior managers bombard you with process-related group emails, but are very slow to respond when you ask them why they haven't paid you on time. They treat your invoices like an inconvenience, and you have to PUSH them to pay EVERY SINGLE ONE. Otherwise, you simply wouldn't get paid at all. I've seen one invoice go 6 weeks overdue. Totally unprofessional. Most of the fully positive reviews on here are all in Sept-Oct 2022, obviously when management 'encouraged' staff to give good feedback all at once, always a red flag. The same seems to be the case for the ProZ Blue Board, where there are only 2 negative reviews out of over 200 in total. Realistic? Nope. This company is the reason translation agencies get a bad reputation. Don't waste your time, energy, skill, experience and professionalism on these clowns. Go and find direct clients who treat you like a human being and pay you what you are worth.
