Overworked Don't bother working fast because you won't be respected for it, only expected to do even more Raises are near impossible, coworker said he worked 10+ years and barely saw a change, and he had to adamantly demand for a higher pay. Expected to assist with outside projects outside your job description because they can't afford to hire people to do said job Extremely outdated equipment and/or faulty equipment that will not put in funds to repair them. Rather expect workers to figure out a way on their own to fix it and meet work demands. Very bad management, no one communicates so no one knows what's going on No respect for work life balence
