      Paid time off that’s it

      Cons

      Horrible management, management can’t or won’t talk to you unless you go them first. CEO cares more about his book than running the company. No training learn as you go. They are loosing senior engineers everyday but do nothing to improve things.

      Pros

      Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

      Cons

      Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
