➢ Coordinate with client, supplier, factory and making plan for inspection. ➢ Coordinate with concerned inspector to provide inspection related technical/Non-technical information. ➢ Always focus on updated client SOP and help the inspectors to understand. ➢ Follow up on field inspectors and provide necessary guideline where required. ➢ Moreover, conducting inspection when required. ➢ Resolved the technical and non-technical issues directly and escalate to concerned operation/technical team if required. ➢ Follow up the system and prepare various reports including KPI and summary report. ➢ Also, do some of other relevant activities provided by the superior.
