      Pros

      The coworkers are great, and my manager is fantastic. She's been more than accommodating of my unique situation (health issues, mostly). Management is receptive to my ideas and I am taken seriously in my role. I really have no complaints about what I do--I work hard and feel that I am recognized for it.

      Cons

      I do feel that if you're not in sales, it's tougher to get ahead. However, I have been treated with respect and as mentioned above, I have been able to pursue the things I want to pursue. There are no health benefits, either, which is really a downside.

      We are always working on growing each department of our business and hope to provide all of our long time employees with ample opportunity for growth in the way of moving up in our company. We enjoy hearing all of our employees thoughts and ideas and consistently work with our employees to make the right decisions and moves for Internet Local Listings. We have grown substantially in the last year and have been looking into numerous health care providers in order to make the best choice for our employees and the company - So stay tuned!

      Pros

      Honest, fair, fun group of people. Great training, support. Already making over $1,000 weekly and am in my 3rd week. Lots of incoming calls. Nice dress code, hours. An 11 on a scale of 10.

      Pros

      Young group, not much else to say in the way of positive . John is most likely one of the more professional and developed out if that office. I genuinely believe that if he was given more control/decision making power by the owners the company would be doing way better.

      Cons

      Favoritism and cliques abound. Just think you can literally be the best, but it will mostly be ignored or u appreciated. Of course the downside working with "young ppl" is that they gossip is huge and so is talking behind someone's back... I wasn't a fan of this at all. Additionally the no direct deposit thing, it's the 21st century and we're anot online marketing company time to come along to the 21st century.
