Cons
They put too much on their employees in corporate and operations. They are stingy with their money and as result, they suffer extreme turnover. They have a shunning policy that if you leave the company, they have nothing to do with you. It's really sad. They expect one person to do the work of 10 different departments. They have lost some really star people because of their inability to handle problems as they arise. They are also slaves to their Area Managers. If the AM's have contacts that enable them to maintain clients, they allow their AM's to treat employees like dirt. One particular AM treats everyone like dirt, even fellow managers, and they let him get away with this bad behavior because he has captured a few high payout clients. Very sad and pathetic. They have lost hundreds of employees due to ill-treatment by this one particular manager. Everyone knows it, but they are too scared to say anything.
