The biggest pros of interning with this organization were the range of responsibilities they gave me. This helped me broaden my experience in more ways than I expected I would get to upon starting the position. My supervisors were incredibly receptive to new ideas and wanted to help me get experience in whatever was interesting to me so they allowed me to take on projects that were outside my original job description which was really kind of them.

I don't really have any cons. One thing to consider is that they are an NGO so the pay scale is quite limited however, this is the same across all NGO's so it is not something specific to this organization.
