      The culture is fantastic , everyone is friendly and open and genuinely passionate about what we do. There is a lot of events and opportunities to socialise.

      Cons

      The pay is not great and the pay structure is not transparent, employees not allowed to discuss income. internal politics can be tricky to navigate.
