Pros
The daily challenges of the business along with demanding client needs, ensure your days are not repetitive and fulfilling. I have had the benefit of meeting some talented individuals along with working alongside some similarly motivated people who have earned their opportunities & status on merit. Global company with a global remit and I firmly believe that my efforts are contributing that small part towards the larger business function.
Cons
I have read through the negative reviews (all London) and can probably sympathise with some of the comments on pay grades, benefits, maternity and flexible working, depending on your employment status. I know there are efforts to address these for staff, but not everyone is going to be satisfied with steady to moderate progression. I have been through a redundancy process before and I would rather enjoy job security, over a 'boom & bust' mentality.
