In my time there was a good work-life balance and worked with good people. There was progression, they liked to look internally to fill some positions which enabled some form of development. I was not there long enough to find out if this hits a ceiling. Left to change industry. Slightly above average benefits. In the two years there always received annual bonus and pay increase. (usually between 2-5%)
