      All the overtime you want, there's always work. Something always needs to be addressed. Good job if you wanna live there.

      Cons

      You don't have any PTO. You have 2 floating days and you have to wait a year for vacation days, you can't take a single day of vaca until you've been there 3 years

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
