Pros
* Some supportive colleagues but team members are often too busy to provide much help.
Cons
Working here was one of the most draining experiences of my career. The culture is very much “live to work” rather than “work to live,” with little regard for employee wellbeing or work-life balance.
Management consistently lacked the leadership, communication, and support expected of people in their positions. Rather than empowering employees, they often micromanaged and treated staff like children, creating an environment where trust and morale were extremely low.
There were no meaningful perks, bonuses, recognition schemes, or team-building opportunities. Hard work went unnoticed, and there was little incentive or appreciation for going above and beyond.
Overall, the workplace felt unsupportive, demotivating, and exhausting. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a positive culture, strong leadership, or opportunities to feel valued and develop professionally.
