Pros
Great facility, good benefits, people generally try to help each other. New opportunities because so many people are leaving, have left. New management setting good direction.
Cons
Large layoff this past summer, more layoffs to come. Very old systems, business silos - company trying to be one modern company but built on 20+ year old fragmented business processes and systems that are not integrated.
