Very good company with strong benefits - Recrutiment consultant Interex Group Employee Review

Thanks - Jamie Fraser here, CEO of InterEx group. Glassdoor has always been one where anyone, from anywhere can write. To break down the last 10 fake reviews - I have never lost any good performer to any business, why? because they still work here, why again? because we train people to be the best and to work in the best culture. Numbers speak for itself. - We have had 4 leavers in 2026, to which, we terminated their employment due to performance. The numbers really do not add up with the amount of reviews. - In 2026 we have had our best retention ever. - We stick by everyone that shows care and will, negativity and bad attitude will never last. No hire and fire culture, we commit to everyone. - Someone has wrote "I am a shareholder so I know their financial loss", every shareholder is still within my business? very strange comment for someone to sit there and lie, extremely concerned for whoever that is and their hate within. - Several reviews say that the person is in NY? I shut down NY in January 2025.. so is someone still angry 1.5 years after & there was only 2 people that didn't relocate to Miami. I can go on and on about this and all of these "bad reviews", but I am addressing 1st hand how fake they are. 2026 the business has performed numbers that no other company will have achieved, in Q1. 2026 we have attracted some of the best talent to join InterEx. 2026 we have attracted the most external interest to be part of our journey.
