Pros

Really great opportunity to make money, nice commission and decent salary Good incentives Nice Liverpool street office location, growing up in Bromley I had always wanted to work in Central London and it’s better than I imagined Conor White is excellent - receives natural respect without demanding it. A kind leader with supportive experience and an eagerness to guide any who needs it.

Cons

You have to lie to everyone to be successful, lying in recruitment is no mystery but selling fake jobs to C-Suite employees to onboard them as a client is a bit too much Selling fake jobs to candidates to generate leads Expected unpaid overtime, working extra time is ok but 50+ hr work weeks are a bit much sometimes Kill or be killed, juniors are pitted against each other to create a competitive environment - creates absolute sales monsters who would throw their teammate under the bus but they will make millions You have to sacrifice humility, integrity and your sense of self. If you have no desire to make a real impact in life or contribute meaningfully to society, this job would be perfect for you. If you’re not strong enough to join the military but want to be melded into a soldier that takes any and every command, this job is perfect for you. If you don’t have a degree or any real skills, this place gives you the opportunity to make as much money as someone who is ‘smart’. But the cost? Your mentality - you lose the creativity of life, the morals of living, the enjoyment of kindness. You also can’t be religious, not that they don’t allow because they’re actually surprisingly inclusive - but because how can you be ethically good in a job that requires unethical action?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry you had a negative experience and appreciate the opportunity to respond. We categorically reject the claim that InterEx sells “fake jobs” or encourages unethical behavior. Integrity, compliance, and respect for candidates and clients are core to our business, we have clear processes, training, and oversight to ensure lawful, honest practices. We acknowledge that recruitment can be demanding and that some periods require extra hours; however, we do not expect unpaid work and strive to support work–life balance. We also value collaboration and development: our managers are encouraged to coach and mentor, not pit colleagues against one another. If you’re open to it, please contact our People team at hr@interex-group.com so we can review your concerns directly and take any appropriate action. Thank you again for the feedback.

Pros

-A business that is truly invested in your professional and personal growth -Best L&D function in our industry. I have been in other businesses (large ones) where this is not the case. Relevant individuals who are actual coaches. - Leadership who are involved in the day to day. The leadership at InterEx are supportive in the fact they aren't off the tools. They are deep in the day to day and no question is a stupid one. - Getting to be around the best in the industry. There are many industry leading billers in the company. They are not silo'd and live on their own island -these are individuals who bring up the level of everyone around them - Clarity: there is clear and tangible pathways for everyone in this business. People I speak to echo this.

Cons

None that I have seen in my tenure so far

Pros

There is nothing to add here

Cons

All the bad reviews are true, read them. You can’t have the same comments about toxic culture, bullying, favourites and shady business practices repeatedly come up and say they are fake. No one is going to log into Glassdoor and write a bad review for the sake of it.
