      Great working environment. Everyone is genuinely friendly. Place to be if you are making this your main focus career wise.

      Cons

      Everyone is overworked and underpaid. No opportunity for growth. Senior staff have a you can be replaced mentality. No HR to go and seek guidance and person who plays HR role has conflicts with all departments and this person also handles finances, seems like an inappropriate blend of roles. Head of company unapproachable.

      Limited career progressions within the institution for people who enter as very junior staff. The typical path is to advance from Program Assistant to Program Associate, but after that, acquiring manager-level experience is difficult without more education or experience.
