Pros
Some great colleagues to work with a real sense of comradery.
Cons
Management is consistently out of touch with their head in the sand. Despite the signs showing we are a struggling company with no new clients, management consistently paints an unrealistic rosy future and makes risky financial decisions in hopes that it'll pay off despite experience indicating it won't. Even if they claim to care about their employees, their state of blind denial consistently puts everyone at risk and it's the people who don't cosy up to management's delusions that end up being let go for decisions that shouldn't have been taken in the first place. You can call it a crisis for tech companies across the country, blame it on the economy, but what has been clear is that IHQ has for the past few years sailed towards a so called promised horizon that can never be reached. Rather than stepping back and reassessing, they've hired more managers to do more empty talk and spent ridiculous amounts of money on flights when a zoom meeting would've worked just fine.
