Nothing as such, its a good company

There is nothing to like about working here. Please check my dislikes about ICE, you will get my answer.

WARNING!!!!!! You should not join here for these reasons- 1. Management does not know professionalism; they only know how to exploit employees. 2. A bunch of brainless HR are there. They do not know the minimum etiquette of how to talk. 3. They hire incompetent idiots to the manager job role. They don't know about their responsibilities, that's why the office culture is very bad. 4. They normalize overtime, low pay, low appraisal, no work-life balance. 5. They are very good at hiring and firing policy.
