Leadership that lies about the status, revenue, companies, engagements and solutions that are offered to and supported with customers. Leadership messaging is fabricated or exaggerated, with nothing remaining true-from fake solutions that have been theoretically built, to customer engagements, partnership status and impact, certified engineers, average tenure of employees (especially in partner leadership roles), bonuses that won't be paid out, "sales" teams that are actually delivery engineers with low level sellers that only focus on new logo acquisition, and in the overall lacking capabilities of delivery teams. This company is an absolute joke and anyone in partnerships or partner sales should avoid this place at all costs. Don't let them lie to you during the interview process, you'll be astonished if you get to peak under the hood.
