It’s a work from home position.

Cons

Pay is bi monthly, only 18 a hour base pay and commission is tiered. Have to reach 16 before being payed out. And then pay out starts as low as 20$ per policy

The leads are terrible, and it seems as though there is a tier system they are lieing about
