Cons
Poor work life balance, high pressure and stress with little reward. Upper management has forgotten the value of its employees and is blind to how hard employees have to work to stay afloat among turmoil. Hard work is rewarded with more responsibility and pressure to perform without financial incentives. When something goes wrong, the first instinct is to point fingers and fire individuals instead of taking a step back and understanding the overall factors that led to failure. Individual sucess is based on opinion and perception since there are no defined metrics to measure against. Training is non-existent, so it's a swim or sink environment.
