Pros
I do not come from a call center background nor a health insurance background. I did not have alot of confidence in myself in this setting. In spite of that, I came to work everyday on time, and kept trying. The staff were amazing in all the help they offered me and in answering all my constant questions! ( and boy, did I ask alot of questions) Without them, I would have given up. The management team past and present, pushed me right out of my comfort zone...they saw something in me that I didn't know I had. They boosted my confidence and encouraged me to become a licensed agent, which I am proud to say, I AM!!! Sooo..... my opinion of this company is... be the best you can be and it WILL get noticed by mangement.
