The experience of learning the fundamentals of clinical research and how *not* to run a research facility is one of the few saving graces about working here. The people work hard as best they can as most are foreign medical doctors working as study coordinators and biding their time until they can get residency.
Being able to work with Sponsors who have cutting edge IP that can potentially have a positive impact for subjects with unmet medical needs.
Cons
The "President" of the company exploits aforementioned foreign medical grads and make them work at the research facilities of the many PI's he still owes unpaid PI fees . Therefore, it is no wonder the office staff give a very chilly/cold reception to the AMR staff he plants at these sites.
