I met some really wonderful people who work here! There's no lack of things to work on. Pay is fair.
Cons
Very unorganized on every level of management. No clear departmental goals or plans for success. Efforts to improve old processes and increase efficiency are blocked for no real reason. People get hired and let go a lot for no real reason other than poor hiring practices.
