      Pros

      Work when you want and for as long as you want when there are batches available. Pay is good. Customer service is excellent.

      Cons

      Too many people signed on then it is hard to get batches. Wear and tear on vehicle. Hard to contact Instacart when there are issues.

      Cons

      Customer service is terrible. No way to verify your income. The site is down and customer service will not help. You solve your situation. Also there is not a customer service or corporate phone number. To call when you have a serious situation!!!!
