Pros

Nice office and location; Standard Time-off benefits

Cons

Highly dysfunctional organization; Management makes promises they have no intention of keeping; It's an LLC so they offer a very small piece of equity which will only have value when they eventually sell the company (they're making very little progress toward that goal; You have to pay self-employment taxes (8-10% of your salary); They generally pay below market rates; Benefits package is mediocre, but no type of retirement benefits at all

Pros

This company is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked for! They leadership is great and they give you a lot of autonomy. Pay is in line with market.

Cons

Benefits could be better but it is a small company Small company so not a lot of room for growth

Pros

The offices are in a nice location.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. There is no vision of where the company is going. Promises are rarely kept. Leaders clearly hate each other and only seem interested in maintaining the appearance of a functioning company so they can sell. Leadership will consistently openly badmouth employees after they've moved to a different company. Work environment is toxic. A "boys club" attitude is the norm. Interdepartmental relations are regularly hostile. Shouting in meetings is not unheard of. Interpersonal conversations among certain departments are regularly racist, sexist, homophobic, and/or otherwise bigoted. Harassment and open hostility are ignored by Leadership until it could be a liability for them. Employees have fallen asleep in meetings or at their desk. HR seems incapable of addressing any of these issues, due to lack of support by leadership. Some employees barely work. Managers are incompetent. They have little power other then protecting troublesome employees and indulge in petty rivalry. Benefits are terrible: high deductable with limited HSA; no retirement plan; pay is hamstrung by being a LLC partnership; basic PTO policy.
