Pros
Hired by a recruiter, no real work on my end to get the job due to recruitment.
Cons
I was recruited to fulfill a task order of a major contracting firm supporting the FAA. Well beyond my 6 month probation period I am still hanging in limbo and not employed at said contractor. I have received high level praise from the FAA customer but am waiting on award of further task orders to transition. Although I am thankful to have a job, I literally see 40% of what the FAA is paying for me and plan to transition to FAA employment shortly.
