Pros

- Strong partnership with Microsoft and an endless pipeline of interesting projects to work - Team and practice leads are very switched on and know their stuff - Renumeration is great compared to the market. - Strong recognition culture within the company.

Cons

- High expectations in terms of billable hours, which is expected. To succeed in the role you need to be align your goals with the companies goals (think like an Engineer, talk like a Solution Consultant).

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
