3yWe appreciate the honest feedback. The ability to work remotely is a major benefit as well as having a flexible working schedule. It also sounds like you enjoy those that you work with. As far as recognition, Insight has a fantastic employee recognition program where teammates can award points and recognize the efforts to those that they want to show appreciation towards.
