Pros

Great team of people in the most part, superb range of products and services help you win new customers. Fosters an entrepreneurial spirit from its employees. Has the potential to be a truly great business if it could tackle the bad points. Non pay benefits not bad.

Cons

In my experience, career advancement opportunities are very limited unless you are in with the senior management team, developmental training is almost non-existent. Pay scales are below market average, every other uk based reseller over the last 12 months is paying 20% more on basic and commission packages according to recruiters. Company won't renegotiate packages unless you resign. Middle management mostly process driven and base every decision on fairly simplistic metrics with little vision and zero intuition. Some organisational issues, policies and procedures for things like recruitment of new vendors are overly complicated, frustrating and cause lost opportunities.

We definitely agree that our teammates are the best in the business. We do regularly benchmark pay and benefits and aim to pay in the upper quartile. Our developmental training options are very comprehensive. Regarding the other concerns, we feel this is not the type of environment we have and would like to know specifics to better help the team. Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
