Pros

Opportunity to grow your base business and salary. Benefits are good for individuals but not necessarily for those with families so I have heard. No direct experience with family benefit needs. Relationship building and networking opportunities are big leverage area for growth and success.

Cons

Internal business relationships and networking are very political. Same with clients provided. Helps if you already have outside contacts who are able to purchase and don't already have an existing account rep. God help you if you are coming in cold.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
