My manager was an amazing person and mentor. Hard to find someone in management like her, and if you do, you'll never forget the experience working with someone who actually says as she does...integrity, character, a great example of what a great manager is, or should strive to be. She had her team, and in return we worked harder, and we're one of the best teams in the nation.
Cons
Middle and upper management need to make better decision around HR practices and situations which could easily cost company clients, their reputation, as well as be charged with illegal activity.
