Although this review was created over a year ago, our CEO still maintains an open door policy to discuss any issues, or ideas our employees have that may help the company grow. We are still expanding, most recently adding a location in Florida! To keep our techs connected, we try to have quarterly staff meetings, and smaller team meetings periodically. We are also encouraging our techs to rely on each other more to resolve issues, to maintain more of a team environment. We are happy to hear your time at INS was positive and appreciate your feedback.
