      Pros

      Excellent working environment, coming from a corporate background. Welcoming team, very warm and friendly. Open to new ideas, suggestions and innovative solutions. Everyone's view is taken into account. Brilliant office location, new with friendly receptionists who bring weekly treats.

      Cons

      It is currently a small team, but this is why we are able to work more effectively with open minds and room for growth. Could have more benefits, but I am sure this is negotiable. And they would be open to provide them.

      Pros

      The directors are extremely welcoming and treat each employee with respect. They ensure you feel part of the team straight away and are very approachable and considerate. The work itself is really enjoyable and you are given great responsibility from day one. In addition, the office environment is very sociable and friendly.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say from my personal experience.
