      Some really amazing people Great initiatives and ambition Supportive HR

      Cons

      Incredibly disjointed and terrible organisational structure Some AWFUK people, have seen/experienced racism and prejudice (although HR have been amazing) Politics with a big P and little p have a huge effect on the amount of impact you can actually achieve No real room for progression

      Lack of support and communication from leadership with sluggish organisational changes. No career progression or support beyond that provided by some of the better line managers
