Right from the start, I was able to attain a lot of new insights on my professional trajectory and get experience/training on sales. Put a lot of effort on my end, and immediately saw results since promotions are merit-based aka you know exactly what you need to do, in order to get to where you want to be. The company culture is great: weekly team nights, coworkers with great character and personalities, and a lot of networking opportunities.

There are tons of opportunities for career growth, but you have to be fully focused and committed. It is not a straight and easy path, there will challenges, but if you are able to overcome the hardships, you will definitely be rewarded.
