Colleagues are a fantastic bunch of people. The services the business offer to customers is great.

Cons

Total ignorance by the business regarding an employee that has caused multiple staff to leave, despite being cited in exit interviews and complaints made to HR. Spend more time reporting on what you’re doing than anything else. Pay isn’t competitive for existing staff. Nor are the benefits when compared with the rest of the industry.

I have only been with Ingram for almost two months as an intern, so I do not feel I have been here long enough to provide meaningful feedback on potential drawbacks or areas for improvement.
