Absolutely Horrible - Grocery Team Member Ingles Markets Employee Review

This place has the worst management I've ever experienced. They are extremely negative. I'm a hard worker and do my best never once being acknowledged for anything positive. They play favorites and make the rest of the workers do double the work of their favorites. They don't give pay increases. Its a thankless job and most of the management wont speak to you unless you are in the favorites group. I go there to pay my bills only and when I leave I feel completely drained and depressed for the horrible treatment there. The good workers hide behind a smile bc they are trying to make ends meet. This company will go out of their way to cheat you out of getting a break. You have to ask permission to use the restroom even and if u are gone more than they think a restroom visit allows they will begin paging you to come back to ur minimum wage job post. Ingles only cares about customers paying all they can for their groceries bottom line. Employees dont even get a Xmas card. This place is horrible and I wish the public knew how bad we are treated.
