Pros
Simple, minimalistic and straightforward processes. Based on trust. Small enough company that you can affect what you work on, as there is always things to do. Caring management. Very flexible and free regarding remote work.
Cons
Small company still, even growing, meaning that some basic things are not in place, like responsive IT support etc. Sometimes lot of work when customer case is pressing, but then sometimes there is slack as well.
