Business outlook
Pros
Knowledgeable of my responsibilities with little supervision required. Coworkers are very accepting of my personality and ability to fit into the team goals. My commute to work from home is approximately 5 miles.
Cons
None at this time. My only hope would be to not feel as if I'm imposing on management to seek answers. I do however have a complete understanding of the work load management has to deal with throughout the course of a day. Most importantly I've never been rejected when I've had to ask a question.
