By having everyone on the team sharing the same Core Values, everyone is pushing in the same direction, with the same beliefs. The team is dedicated to hiring and firing by those core values, and talking about them on regular basis, as means to help keep the culture consistent and strong over time. Infoplus places a lot of emphasis on employee health - from the idea that by having people doing things they are Great at and Love to do, that they will be more fulfilled in their work, and more productive at the same time (working in their Zone of Genius).
