      Nice and friendly working environment.

      Cons

      The directors are very much biased when it comes to their old employees and janitor also. Sometimes they are quite lenient with their so called old employees and even they can throw new employee out if they are messing up with old employees.

      Hello, We are sorry if you felt like that way. The company is not partial towards anyone, when an employee become old, they become more friendly than new employees which might look like that company is being partial. There is no way, any employee can throw any other employee from the company. If company will fire all new employees based on old employee's review, there will be no employee in the company. In case someone is being fired, its solely based on their performance.
