      Decent pay and benefits. A few coworkers truly had your back and would help out.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, disorganization. Terrible HR and upper management because if they don’t like you, they will find a way to get rid of you. Don’t even think about asking HR/management questions because they will make you feel stupid for doing so.

      Toxic narcissistic environment. Who you know and who you brown-nose is everything. Getting hired and promoted are based on being buddies with the right person
